*responsibilities*:- implement and administer the local hse management-system.- giving support regarding statutory hse and freudenberg hse requirements.- develop and propose objectives, targets and report management on progress in achieving them.- conducting hse inspections / audits and assessments on plant installations, technical equipment and hse prevention measures.- supporting the accountable functions in training employees to carry out risk assessments.- tracking hse incidents and provide measures to avoid similar events.- developing training-concepts and instruction methods for employees about hse matters.- promoting and supporting a "positive" site safety culture.- close corporation with corporate hse function, works doctor and authority hse related parties.
*qualifications*:- bachelor's degree in relevant field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.- 4 specified years of industry-relevant hse professional experience- relevant iso 14001, lead auditor, clean industry, safety industry and hse related certifications, hse system experience, and risk assessment, crisis management and spts experience.- advance english language skills.- communication & collaboration: communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.- value for customers: anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers' needs and expectations.
