*responsibilities*:- offers administrative support related to various hr functions.- facilitates, monitors, and ensures quality with respect to the payroll cycle(s).- maintains and updates the various hr systems.- prepares contracts, employee letters, and legal documents.- monitors relevant time-tracking and attendance systems.
*qualifications*:- bachelor's degree in relevant field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.- 05 years of industry-relevant professional experience.- relevant certifications, system experience, and training.- professional-level english language skills preferred.- assertive communication and influence based on positive leadership.- knowledge of mexican labor law and mexican standards.- experience with union and labor relations.- iso 14001, iatf, stps inspections, etc.
