note: this placement will involve some travel and work outside normal business hours.
*key results area*1. Coordinate, alongside the digital executive, the delivery of digital consumer marketing campaigns across all paid and owned marketing platforms in the netherlands and belgium. Optimize digital performance through testing and analysis to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement to drive business performance indicators metrics.
2. Develop and manage social media strategies, including creating and coordinating instagram and facebook content, to foster a vibrant social community. Analyze and optimize social performance to support bpi objectives.
3. Contribute to the content marketing strategy and paid content dissemination campaigns.
4. Assist with translation checks and optimizations for local accounts to improve seo.
7. Monitor campaign analytics using tools such as the tourism ireland bi dashboard and google analytics, sharing insights with the wider marketing team to drive optimization.
8. Evaluate and report on key performance metrics, using data-driven analysis to ensure continual improvements across all digital touchpoints. Prepare regular reports and presentations to summarize project outcomes and performance metrics.
9. Collaborate with team members, the global marketing team, and other key stakeholders across various plans and projects to deliver fully integrated and optimized programs that achieve shared objectives.
10. Keeping informed of the latest digital marketing technologies and trends, research and analyse market data to identify and implement possible opportunities.
11. Ensure adherence to the company’s gdpr compliance policies and procedures in respect of your area of work.
12. Such other duties as the company may from time-to-time reasonably require. This role will involve some travel and work outside normal business hours. The post holder will also be expected to represent tourism ireland at a range of industry, press, corporate functions and events.

- minimum 2-year professional experience in a similar role.
- a relevant third level qualification.
- fluent dutch and english, both oral and written, is required.
