Job overviewto provide primary care providers and their staff with a clinical audit that assists them in reviewing patient management in specific disease area against local or national guidelines.essential functionsprovide support and supervision to the nurse advisers / it specialists in the development and training of search capability across clinical patient systems.
provide specific training to nhs staff and clients if required.support clinical change through the use of clinical audit program tools; manipulate and analyze data in order to present the relevant information to both customer and nhs clients.deliver programme objectives through setting up clinical search solutions and recall systems and conduct clinical audits according to the standards of the relevant professional bodies and the company's standard operating procedures (sops).use the main gp clinical systems to conduct manual searches, mail merges and make appointment bookings.
comply with local confidentiality requirements.implement the program processes within potential sites such as honorary contracts, management protocol, search criteria, clinical pathway, feedback mechanisms and customer satisfaction reports.ability to customize templates on all systems.accurately complete internal electronic monitoring and reporting systems in accordance with programme timescales.use program tools such as management and treatment protocols, performance improvement grids, and action planning.sort and filter information using excel software to prioritize clinical information according to programme objectives.act as project champion for key initiatives and feed into cross-functional working groups.to present and run it and service training sessions to large groups.lead in the development of new search outputs.to support work at account level working alongside pct stakeholders to help customers implement pct/cluster projects.be able to communicate the aiqvia and objectives of the programme to all relevant health service and local personnel.provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.all hms personnel are required to undertake adverse events and product complaint (where appropriate) training, and are responsible for reporting adverse events and product complaints in line with requirements, as applicable.all hms personnel must meet their obligations within the country specific nursing and midwifery codes of conduct, as applicable.perform other duties as assigned.qualificationsbachelor's degree it based qualification req5 years' experience within a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment req orequivalent combination of education, training and experience.

prince 2.data management and analysis to highlight trends as an advanced user of ms excel and major clinical systems.
