*in your role, you will*:
- ensure material flow and documentation of production based on master schedule and customer requirements.
- manage material until delivery to customer in a timely manner.
- monitor master plan compliance (otd, master schedule + recovery plan + production tracking (late hours)).
- monitoring costs and inventory vs. production orders (inactive, obsolete and unplanned).
- change management efficiency (rnc, snags, action sheets, rework orders, etc.).
- ensure full customer service for aog / spare parts, availability of material / components in time for production and compliance with bms system and cmm procedures - provide service to customers with low demand
- process and follow up rnc's in logistics queue, critical rnc's requirements from qro's "sos shop" and mtl's, support andon's.
- participate in production dmm's, improvement projects, processes from demand to supply (through cost reduction) and aes (kpi performance, pss process, etc.).
- provide visibility of shorts to production, plan and manage component coverage, adjust planning when part(s) are "cannibalized" (break in inspection (boi)).
- control pick schedule and/or pull kits from warehouse, manage intercompany parts.
- follow-up / analysis of the over consumption of parts (scrap).
- collaborate within the team to achieve common goals.
- may collaborate with other groups to give or receive objective information.
- plan / coordinate basic tasks under close supervision.
- in the last 2 semesters of the career or close to graduation.
- industrial process technician (manufacturing) or business development technician (logistics and transportation) or bachelor's degree in business administration / engineering.
- manufacturing or logistics, priority in time management customer oriented, results oriented, basic knowledge of planning.
- intermediate-advanced use of office software.
- intermediate-advanced level of english.
- good verbal skills, empathy, proactivity, resilience.
