about the role
are you passionate about leading a team to maintain the heartbeat of a factory? As the maintenance manager at reckitt, you will champion our engineering efforts and bring projects from concept to completion with a keen eye on impact. Your expertise will drive the seamless integration of workflows and technological advancements to support our dynamic supply chain operations.
your responsibilities
1. craft and execute a strategic capital investment plan spanning a rolling 5-year period.
2. manage the capital investment process from inception to delivery, ensuring projects align with specifications, budget, and timelines.
3. provide comprehensive oversight of investment plans, guaranteeing resource allocation meets internal customer delivery expectations.
4. deliver on project success criteria, ensuring that business benefits are audited and realised.
5. conduct post-capital appraisal, report closures, and champion continuous improvement across all areas of the engineering and maintenance teams.
the experience we're looking for
1. proven leadership and management skills within projects and manufacturing environments.
2. in-depth knowledge of engineering processes and proven project management experience.
3. demonstrated ability to deliver financial performance and commercial insights.
4. knowledge of local regulations and standards.
5. strong record in leadership roles, managing engineering and maintenance personnel.
6. excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact meaningfully at all levels.
