our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a software-as-a-service (saas) solution to other brokers.we are looking for a business development manager (bdm) in the b2b fintech space to join our dynamic team.
you will play a key role in managing and expanding relationships with our b2b partners.
this is an exciting opportunity to drive growth, ensure partner retention, and promote upsell opportunities in a fast-growing industry.
*tasks*:- build and maintain strong relationships with existing b2b partners and identify growth opportunities; - ensure partner retention by addressing their needs and developing engagement strategies; - promote and upsell additional tools and services, introducing new products aligned with partner goals; - oversee customer success initiatives, offering comprehensive business development approaches to increase trading volume; - provide industry insights and recommendations to help partners optimize their performance.
*requirements*:- 2-5 years of experience in b2b business development, sales, or a related field, ideally in it/fintech; - strong marketing and business process creation skills; - excellent communication and relationship-building abilities; - fluency in english is required, along with proficiency in one of the following languages: spanish, portuguese, or thai.
knowledge of russian is an additional advantage.
