Description
the selected candidate will be responsible for providing support for our client, offering expertise in problem tracking, replication, troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution of complicated and critical cases. The focus of this position is to provide customer service via phone and electronic means on a functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each service incident. This position requires the individual to coordinate work with offshore team members in order to maximize overall team efficiency. The selected candidate will work remote.
role expectations include:
1. 5+ years of experience with oracle ebs financials
2. at least 2+ years of oracle cloud experience with emphasis on general ledger, fixed asset, projects.
3. provide timely resolution and communication of tickets in the production support queue
4. troubleshoot, isolate, resolve and report on production issues
5. determine the root cause of incidents and make recommendations for prevention in the future
6. ability to work independently with minimal direction
7. excellent verbal & written communication skills
8. good presentation skills to articulate ideas, options & solutions
9. demonstrated ability to work in team environment and collaborate with others
10. prior experience providing functional customer support
