the key account specialist will be responsible for developing our journey of accelerated, sustainable growth in ecommerce mexico. Develop the overall agenda via strategic partnerships with online retailers, platforms and cross section of industry stakeholders. Connect with brand to further drive online execution, winning vs competition with integrated plans areas. This role is directly responsible for online retailers (pure players and marketplaces).

* responsible for achieving established goals of the department such as expansion of customers base, traffic and sell out growth, perfect online execution, as well as overall commercial, brand marketing and corporate goals.
* develop the customer/channel strategy for mexico;
build and maintain relationship with key players (meli, amazon, rappi, ifood, etc);
lead the negotiations and follow up of business;
key point of contact with hq on e-commerce topics
* manage budget and negotiate contracts (quarterly and annual) through monitoring of performance kpis and levers of implementation (psa and dashboard).
* be aware of competition action plans and the work performed by the team, identifying opportunities and proposing action plans to improve the scenario.
* make analysis of the results of the month, identifying the causes and preparing action plans.

experience
your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
* bachelor degree in business administration, economy, engineering, marketing
* advanced english
* driver´s licence up to date
* 3 year´s experience working with different ecommerce business models (b&c, pure players, market places);
* strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints and within budget parameters
* ability to work independently but with responsibility, aligned to processes and values, and be organized
* technical and practical negotiation skills
* analytical and good number understanding, advanced excel
* communicative, including presentation and training ability
* travel 10-20%
