*what you will do*as aviva's first in-house designer you will build aviva's design practice from scratch, including e.g.
the design team, brand guidelines and design system.
in your initial function as a hands-on "full-stack" designer you produce digital and physical creative solutions to drive our sales, growth marketing and digital product development.
*responsibilities*:- work closely with product and engineering leaders to define features and experiences according to user's needs.- own the overall design quality and output of the products and campaigns you and your team work on.- develop aviva's first brand guidelines and design system; maintain brand consistency throughout all projects.- own the design lifecycle from user research and design execution to data based iterations that ensure best-in-class digital funnels/experiences for both mobile and web.- develop a deep understanding of aviva's sales and growth marketing activities and enable them with traction-driving design ideas.
*requirements*:- 6+ years of work experience as a ui/ux designer or similar role.- demonstrated track record of owning complex design projects from conception to delivery.- knowledge of state of art wireframing and design tools.- experience in hiring, managing and developing design teams.- proven ability to succeed in fast-paced environments.- bsc in design or relevant field.
