Additional duties include on-boarding new employees, conducting training and meetings, customer service, quality control, and quarterly employee check-ins.*responsibilities*- onboard and train new production team members on case production and processes- create cases in crm and assign tasks to team members- oversee the day-to-day activities of the team- ensure complete, accurate and timely documentation and records for each case file in accordance with case requirements- develop and implement a timeline to achieve targets- keep the team accountable to achieving production goals- collaborate across teams to ensure firm and client goals are met- assist with production or other tasks, as needed- create and distribute reports to update the company on the team's progress- develop and maintain knowledge on us immigration law- set up and maintain quarterly check-ins with each team member and report up to management*requirements*:- 1 - 3 years experience in immigration production (preferred, not required)- excellent english speaking, reading, and writing skills- excellent relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively- must be organized and analytical- proficient with google workspace and case management software- accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multitask- ability to prioritize and discern what is urgent vs important.- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work with diverse and collaborative teams- recognize the need and uphold confidentiality at all times- ability to get high speed internet, and a quiet place to work at home- ability to work independently and complete a set of tasks*classification*salary, non-exempt*pay*starting $22k pesos/month*schedule*monday - friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.*work environment*remotepay: from $22,000.00 per monthability to commute/relocate:- remote: reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)application question(s):- do you possess excellent english speaking, reading, and writing skills?*experience*:- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)work location: remote
