meaningful work from day one:
develops long-term partnerships with key accounts and executives of large retailers to drive sales and profit growth. Implements tactics and executes the business plan. * lead contract negotiations, develop and evaluate business plans for accounts, and introduce key members of the brown-forman mexico team to establish the partnerships further as needed.
* lead and present executive business summaries to key accounts, including accurate business results, market data, financial results, and operational issues.
* develop, coordinate, and execute customer strategies by coaching and driving the team's selling activities forward.
* track assigned kpis, providing adequate coaching and feedback to develop a sound action plan for each account.
* manage allocated accounts, budget, and resources provided, yielding maximum effectiveness and impact.
what you bring to the table:
* bachelor of business administration, marketing, or finance.
* 5+ years of experience with supermarket accounts.
* 5+ years of experience leading teams.
* strong commercial and sales skills.
* knowledge of systems and applications relevant to the role.
* abilities in administration, human capital, logistics, production, trade marketing, and shopper.
