Position overview:
strategic management of supply, search, negotiation, and evaluation of business growth opportunities with suppliers. Monitoring of compliance with contracts and purchase orders, work with internal partners and suppliers for resolution of operational and commercial disputes. Market intelligence to be informed of the factors that have influence on our cost and our business.
key responsibilities:
* generate the commercial and legal relationship with suppliers to keep continuity and operations on the business.
* support bcp, innovation, cci and operations of mx and usa business creating new supply sources and relationships with suppliers.
* to participate on annual planning, ltp, budget, and all the internal process to develop the mx office strategy.
* manage the performance of the suppliers according to the business goal.
* validate the finances process with the suppliers to be in compliance with mck policies.
* generate a data base of the marketing intelligence to create a tool to keep our business in cost and budget.
* maintain all the suppliers updated on system to guarantee property operations.
required qualifications:
* completed university degree – industrial engineer, administration business, international business or similar.
* finance certification prefered.
* 5+ years of experience in food, beverage or pharmaceutic industries.
* excel, data extraction & manipulation and basic financial reporting.
* sap/erp experience or knowledge (preferred).
* experience in supplier management (validation, control, metrics, quality control).
* spend and budget management experience.
* self-confidence and negotiating skills.
* analytical mind to interpret figures and other information.
* numerical skills.
* time management skills and planning skills.
* conflict management.
* strategic thinking.
* intermediate to advanced english.
