a holder of the following experience_
- 8+ year work background in product design and service design
- proficient usage of cx, ux, and ui modeling and prototyping tools
- a portfolio of design capabilities (as a must)
- proven leadership expertise in leading a team of 5-10+ designers
- background working with us/european agencies and clients
- communication with clients at the managerial level
- demonstrated success in team-building /management and as a team player in previous position(s)
- passionate for mentorship, to share knowledge of competency model development
- skilled negotiation and organizational management
- being a bright communicator/presenter/public speaker
- presentation and sales acumen
- ability to multi-task and set workload priorities in a fast-paced environment
- readiness for non-regular business trips in a post-quarantine era
- fluent english speaking skills
