*main responsibilities*:
- provide effective leadership to the team, setting a positive example and motivating team members to achieve goals.
- effectively allocate resources, including budget for consultants to meet project requirements.
- understand and prioritize internal customer needs, ensuring that the team's efforts contribute to the adoption of their projects.
- develop and implement strategic change management plans to achieve organizational objectives, aligning team efforts with overall company goals.

*qualifications*:
- strong knowledge on corporate and functional areas of the company
- english language proficiency
- master's degree is desired
- (10+ years) managing projects portfolios with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams where business process and technology areas are involved
- (10+ years) using methodology frameworks to achieve results in a disciplined way
- budget control and administration capabilities

- ability to coach and mentor team members
