we’re looking for a motivated business development representative (bdr) with native or near-native english to help grow our client base. This is the first bdr hire in the company, so you have a chance to become head of bdr. If you’re a results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment, we’d love to hear from you!
what you’ll do
* drive outbound prospecting efforts, with a strong focus on cold calling and cold emails, to generate qualified leads.
* engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and position manypixels as the ideal design solution.
* conduct discovery calls to convert prospects into customers.
* work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and conversions.
* keep crm records updated and track key metrics.
* continuously refine sales techniques and adapt to market trends.
what we’re looking for
* 2+ years of outbound sales or bdr (saas, design, or creative services is a plus).
* fluent or near-native english (written and spoken).
* proven success in cold outreach, consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.
* comfortable making high-volume cold calls daily.
* strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
* self-motivated, resilient, and thrives in a remote environment.
* experience with crms (we use hubspot) and sales automation tools is a plus.
* independent yet collaborative, able to contribute to an international team.
