job description
1. monitor and follow up client's response to the proposal/sample items and exert effort to close the deal.
2. provide assistance and support in the ordering, deliveries, collections, and other related processes.
3. track weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually sales targets achievement and submit reports on account status and daily activities.
4. address promptly customer complaints and inquiries including post-sales needs.
5. develop new business/products with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
6. ensure forecasts/p.o.s are submitted regularly and monitored.
7. perform other duties assigned from time to time.
