The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the success of all sales and marketing strategies. This candidate will be knowledgeable about the market and our competitive advantages in order to best recommend new sales strategies for success.
responsibilities
1. develop weekly, monthly, and annual strategic plans aligned with corporate sales objectives and the company's strategic plan.
2. supervise, motivate, and develop the sales team to ensure objectives are achieved.
3. evaluate team performance by analyzing key performance indicators (kpis) on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, focusing on developing countermeasures for any deviations from goal achievement.
4. maintain strong 80/20 client relationships to ensure a steady stream of revenue and meet their strategic needs.
5. explore new areas of growth by expanding into new segments or identifying opportunities within the current client base.
6. continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to increase efficiency.
7. ensure the sales team is trained to handle customer complaints and feedback effectively.
8. coordinate with the marketing department the selection, organization, and contracting of exhibitions, attend to them, and provide follow-up to maintain and increase the product's market presence.
9. provide support and supervise the customer service department to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction according to the metrics designed for this purpose.
qualifications
1. bachelor's degree or equivalent
2. 5+ years' relevant experience in similar position
