Division overview
hubbell power systems (hps) engages in the design and manufacture of a wide variety of products used by utilities. Today, hps is deeply engaged in product solutions for osp communication utility purposes, and has been actively growing that segment of the business. Hps roots have historically been in high voltage transmission, distribution, substation, underground products used by electric utilities. Hps products are also used in the civil construction, transportation, gas and water industries.

*position overview*:
hubbell incorporated is seeking for a dedicated and reliable receiving analyst to join our team. This position is responsible for processing approximately $/musd per year in sales volume worth of drop shipments to customers through sap purchasing module for various hubbell sites.
*duties and responsibilities*:
- generate daily virtual receipts in sap on orders confirmed shipped by suppliers (10-100 lines/day)
- validate the vendor invoices against po lines.
- manage resolution to any discrepancies between invoice/po
- monitor and follow up on daily orders for completion and accurate weekly forecasting
- work with stakeholders to integrate feedback into the overall process.
- comply with company policies and procedures.
*skills and experience*:
- associates degree in business, logistics, supply chain or equivalent is preferred
- prefer 2 (+) years* sap *experience (sd/pp/mm) or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- background and understanding of supply chain management principles such as production planning, purchasing, forecasting, and logistics
- strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship management with internal and external business partners
- computer skills to work with various software - working knowledge of sap /ibp is very helpful, high competency in excel, working knowledge of powerpoint and power bi
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- travel up to 10%
