.tasks1. Support key account management teams responsible for north america original equipment passenger and light truck tires business in mexico.2. Support a cross functional team in managing sales, supply chain, budget process, forecasting, project management, new project launches, and business acquisition activities in mexico.3. Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to build trust based, effective, mutual value creation focused relationships to serve oe customers' needs in mexico.4. Collaborate with the head of bu oe plt the americas to work with bu oe global kam organization to develop and execute region specific oe customer strategies to position and keep continental in a competitive position for current and future oe business opportunities.5. Support bu oe global kam organization in regional market intelligence activities, develop ideas, propose, and take initiatives to align internal and external activities with the customers' needs in the region.6. Support manufacturing, quality, supply chain and r&d teams and processes in development and release of solutions to serve customers' needs in the region to continuously improve perceived excellence of continental's offers in the market.7. Enable and support collaboration between local quality organization and americas account quality management organization to define and execute short- and long-term actions to continuously improve customers' perceived quality performance of continental. Support internal and external audit cycle.8. Responsible to review and roll-out processes of customer specific requirements, product specific requirements, conformity of production requirements for the tires in development and in production for the assigned customers in the region.9. Responsible for leading, supporting, and coaching a cross-functional team in developing and executing customer specific activities to continuously manage and improve customers' perception of continental as a premium and effective tire supplier.10.
