Responsibilities
as ame engineer
1. leading industrialization projects for assembly lines covering rfq, process design reviews and industrialization phases throughout ame project life cycle.
2. link with global brake controls ame for any inline changes as well as with feedback about performance onsite.
3. analyze, develop and implement dfm and dfa with engineering. Planning and leading supporting activities in the plant (tests, tryouts).
4. provide technical support and design changes and updates at equipment and product. Ensure effective implementation.
5. provide effective technical support to operational teams in regard to process performance, production equipment and model changes.
6. lead plant technical activities relating to problem solving of the process performance. Link with the global team to assist.
7. actively participates in design reviews and modifications of new products, sharing learned lessons of the product during the fabrication process.
8. coordinates engineering changes that affect the design and/or the product performance. Ensure that these are updated effectively.
required qualifications:
9. bs degree in mechanical engineering or mechatronics engineering
10. process design technics and optimization experience. (3 years desirable).
11. mechanical and electric design interpretation experience/knowledge.- (3 years desirable)
12. six sigma green belt (desirable)
13. technical drawings knowledge/interpretation
desired qualifications:
14. familiar with product functionality and testing requirements and customer requirements
15. knowledge on dfmea, pfmea, control plan, process capability
16. knowledge of international standards (sae, iso etc.)
