The project manager is responsible for the management and follows up from the inception of the project passing through all the eapds phases until tg4 closure (project closure) oversees the safety, quality, delivery and cost of the project assigned.
coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, specifications, budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.
acts as customer contact through the business unit for program activities, leading program review sessions internally.
monitors adherence to master plans and schedules identifies programs problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources.
