2-year deal, the employment term may be extended or terminated earlier as per the terms and conditions outlined in this contract.

confidentiality:
the employee shall maintain the confidentiality of patient information, business strategies, and any other proprietary information of cellular hope institute cancun.
additionally, the employee agrees to the following:
non-compete clause: the employee shall not, directly or indirectly, engage in, provide services to, or be employed by any other regenerative medicine clinic in cancun for a minimum period of 5 years from the termination date of this contract.
remedies for breach: in the event of a breach of this non-compete clause, cellular hope institute cancun shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief and any other remedies available under applicable laws.
the non-compete clause is intended to protect the proprietary interests and goodwill of cellular hope institute cancun.

termination:
this contract may be terminated by either party with a written notice of 10 days.
cellular hope institute cancun reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately in case of a breach of any terms outlined herein.

assessment and diagnosis:
conduct thorough medical assessments to understand the patient's overall health.
diagnose medical conditions and assess the suitability of the patient for specific
regenerative and anti-aging treatments.
development of personalized treatment plans:
design treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of patients, taking into account
factors such as current health, medical history, and long-term health goals.
administration of regenerative treatments:
supervise and administer regenerative treatments, such as stem cell therapies, growth
factors, or platelet-rich plasma (prp).
management of anti-aging therapies:
offer and oversee treatments designed to combat aging, such as hormone therapies,
nutritional supplements, and other personalized interventions.
patient education:
provide information and education to patients about proposed treatments, their benefits,
and potential risks, as well as guidance on healthy lifestyle habits.
follow-up and monitoring:
continuously monitor the patient's response to treatment and make adjustments as
necessary.
conduct laboratory analyses and diagnostic tests to assess treatment efficacy and
overall patient health.
coordination with other health professionals:
collaborate with other healthcare specialists as needed, such as endocrinologists,
nutritionists, physiotherapists, etc.
record keeping and documentation:
maintain detailed and up-to-date records of administered treatments, assessment
results, and the patient's health progression.
ethics and regulatory compliance:
adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements in medical practice, ensuring

research and continuous updating:
