Service agent, courier/handler, and couriers to maintain an efficient and effective operation.- controls and effectively utilizes manpower through planning, organizing, and scheduling to minimize loss of time, working within the framework of the capital and operating budgets.- monitors station performance reports; performs in-house and vehicle package audits; and monitors package sort.- ensures compliance with applicable company policies and operating procedures.- monitors and verifies delivery records, courier pick manifests, billing documents, case sales recap, and petty cash reports.- ensures emergency support, safety procedure compliance, country labor law compliance, and any other management support necessary for the effective operation of the station.- coordinates oda deliveries with outside ground agents.- provides subordinates with information on pay, benefits, company policies, practices, and all other operations and personnel related issues.*minimum requirements*minimum education*:- two years (2) years college degree/equivalent.*minimum experience*- three (3) to five (5) years business experience, including two (2) years previous experience in the airline or transportation industry.
