Job summary
we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented promotional assets coordinator to support the delivery of promotional materials.
this key role within marketing operations & production involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing operations managers, post-production producers, av, print, digital, and localization teams.
the coordinator will manage campaign asset suite needs, timelines, tooling, input requirements, and contributions.
responsibilities:
• collaborate with assigned marketing operations managers to document campaign updates, pivots, and workback schedules.
• assist in coordinating production and delivery of campaign assets across key areas in av, print, and digital assets.
• enter and maintain campaign status and data across our tooling set, ensuring internal sources of truth reflect current, accurate, and most up-to-date status for campaigns and assets.
• craft and send creative lock emails.
• craft and send debut emails.
• link out asset wips in internal tools (av).
• upload asset wips in internal tools (print/digital).
• plan asset suite localization strategy and deadline plans in internal tools.
• key tasks with internal trafficking and delivery of paid media workflows.
• escalate and communicate potential tooling challenges to internal tech department and marketing ops manager.
• work closely with marketing managers and post-production producers to ensure alignment and coordination with av, print, digital, localization, xf title, marketing, publicity, and social media teams. Ability to balance short and long-term needs of multiple cross-functional teams.
