responsibilities
· research and assist with the application of unapplied payments
· reject or refund payments which cannot be applied
· create salesforce cases to the cash team to have payments applied
requirements
* 2 years’ successful experience in meeting queue-driven activities with high degree of accuracy and within agreed service levels
* ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* experience with excel, g-suits, salesforce, adobe acrobat, accounting software (intacct and zuora) and zendesk
* meticulous organization skills and strong attention to detail
* internet savvy
* strong organizational skills
* ability to multi-task
* experience with client portals
* experience with high volume
* advanced english
