*responsibilities*:
- design and implementation of talent development plans
- payrolls, benefits, and social security
- develop and update the company's job descriptions and profiles, in accordance with the organizational structure.
- plan and coordinate motivational activities and special events.
- proposes and applies disciplinary actions in accordance with the rit and the lft, follows up on labor issues, making recommendations and preventing occupational risks.
- responsible for managing and coordinating human resources policies and procedures aimed at supporting the organization in achieving its business objectives and strategies.
- responsible for compliance with the employee assistance, pre-payroll and payment process.
- recruitment, selection and hiring of direct and indirect personnel.
