responsibilities
* maintain a close relationship and communication with each food and beverage leader, as well as with other departments, to ensure efficient operation and quality service for members.
* constantly monitor and review menus, including food, beverage, and wine list, ensuring a competitive and up-to-date list at all times.
* develop and implement all operating standards for food and beverage service in accordance with maravilla los cabos service culture.
* plan, coordinate and execute the talent development plan of the food and beverage department.
* evaluate performance and implement improvements if necessary.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel management, or a related field of study is preferred.
* +3 years of proven experience as an f&b senior manager or similar role in the luxury hospitality industry.
* strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including banquets, all-day dining, pool & beach service, and in-home dining.
* excellent financial acumen with a track record of successfully managing budgets, controlling costs, and achieving financial targets.
* must be proficient in verbal and written english and spanish.
