- monthly, quarterly, annual performance reports
- engagement survey
- collaborators' career and succession plans
- exit interview records and reports
- quotation documents
- development activities planning reports
*qualifications*:
- bachelor´s degree in labor psychology, pedagogy, industrial, communications or related
- 3 years of proven experience in organizational development
- ability to multitask and strong attention to detail
- demonstrated proficiency using microsoft office
- caliper certification (to be deliver in kidzania)
- advanced level of english
