Sales support specialist – customer support
this position reports to
service sales manager for channels
your role and responsibilities
in this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance/support to both internal and external customers. Each day, you will coordinate customer accounts with topics related to technical issues and order receipts, create new opportunities and follow up of new leads. You will also showcase your expertise by improving customer satisfaction. The work model for the role is: #li-onsite. This role is contributing to the motion business unite in mexico. You will be mainly accountable for:
1. development of current customers by coordinating with sales teams.
2. provide technical support to customers regarding applications, sales tools, products presentations, trainings and other activities.
3. follow up of sales opportunities, increase pipeline and increase orders.
4. development and follow up of new leads for the business.
qualifications for the role
* you are a higher university technician in automation and control, electrical, mechatronics, or just graduated in engineering.
* you are interested in technology and in control and automation.
* you enjoy working with customer service.
* you have a methodical personality, ability to adapt to changes, and problem-solving skills.
* if you have previous experience (internship) in a company within the automation industry, it is valuable.
* you can communicate in english at an intermediate level, which is a plus.
