benchmark gensuite jobs play a crucial role in helping develop our unified ehs, sustainability, and esg digital transformation software solutions that enable cross-functional performance excellence, enhance businesses’ sustainability efforts, and help them achieve their esg goals.
responsibilities:
* engage with potential clients through effective communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
* create consistent pipeline demand through qualified leads generated by marketing team, professional networks and own prospecting activities.
* build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships and identify upselling opportunities.
* work with leadership teams to develop and implement regional demand generation strategies.
* assist with drafting sales tools, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
* efficient in time management with multiple priorities.
* develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new business leads and expand the company's customer base.
* demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
* create proposal requests for potential clients.
* stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in the brazilian market.
education:
bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
qualifications & experience:
* 2 to 3 years of experience in business development, customer engagement or similar roles, preferably in the software/technology industry.
* proficient portuguese and english skills (oral and written).
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
* self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving business growth.
* microsoft office domain (teams, outlook, excel, powerpoint, etc.).
* willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules and environments.
