job description: responsibilities: supervision of the facilities maintenance technicians.experience and ability to manage a team of maintenance technicians distributed on different shifts.utilize maintenance management systems (cmms) to schedule and assure the correct development of preventive/predictive infrastructure maintenance practices, through a balanced maintenance program.manage all utilities for efficiency management, improvements and cost savings.define facilities maintenance approaches for optimizing effectiveness of reliability maintenance and maximizing equipment operation and runtime.coordinate facility related activities of outside contractors assigned to the various sites, and assure that contractors understand and conform to all corporate and local safety requirements.ensure compliance of pertinent local, state and federal codes, regulations and laws; and monitor the status of permits and applications.requirements: bachelor degreeadvanced english skillsdemonstrated ability to clearly define relevant project/program information in written and oral presentations.capable to administrate a cmms for the maintenance operations.optional: 4+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.demonstrates ability to communicate well with government contacts, contractors, departments supervisors and senior management, on a personal and technical basis.if you are interested in an open position but feel you may not meet all the listed qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.
