you will leverage existing industry and business acumen build strong internal and external partnerships to serve as a dedicated, strategic, and trusted talent advisor to business leaders, human resource partners, employee resource groups as well as a multitude of external partners throughout north america.
you will stay on top of trends and market changes, maintain relevant/current knowledge of the competitive talent landscape including market availability, talent trends, compensation and benefits and will leverage this knowledge to serve as a trusted and credible advisor when translating complex business, enterprise and diversity strategies into actionable hiring outcomes.you will oversee an agile team of experienced recruiters, recruiting leads and/or managers in the end-to-end process of identifying, assessing and acquiring high caliber talent and you will shape, connect and lead resources to deliver on key projects and initiatives with regional/business/functional scope.
you will maintain confidentiality and operate with integrity in a complex, high-profile and rapidly changing environment.
