* 3 years+ in business analysis, process management, process modelling, process engineering, continuous process improvement.
* experience as a business process consultant, with a focus on automation, rpa, and process mining is a plus.
* strong interest in business process improvement and consulting.
* excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* proficiency in microsoft office suite (excel, powerpoint, word) and bpm software and tools (preferably).
* fluent in english and spanish (spoken and written); any other languages is a plus.

responsibilities:
process analysis support:
* assist in analyzing existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and inefficiencies.
* collaborate with team members to gather and document requirements.
data collection and research:
* conduct research and gather relevant data to support process analysis.
* assist in the collection and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data.
documentation:
* produce documentation of current and future processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
* maintain organized and up-to-date process documentation.
recommendation development:
* support the development of recommendations for process improvements based on analysis and industry best practices.
technology:
* learn cemex’s bpm platform and be prepared to provide training to users.
