*principal duties*:
- audit all the procurement processes within the domain assigned in compliance with proper approvals and documentation
- create and develop the bos process for the activities performed
- work on continuous improvement on the current and future processes
- support the supervisors with the team performance, provide guidance and feedback.
- maintain the scorecards and kpi up to date
- mentoring the team and develop training manuals
- develop an improvement project within the area
- maintain and improve operation kpi's in power bi
- train and communicate the purchasing policies to all members of the americas organization, become a sme
- training on jci global procurement policies and procedures
- train new employees and requestor on purchasing policies & procedures
- supervise with external and internal compliance audits for americas
- support country transition plan for erp's/ business systems
- support supervisors on corrective actions for day to day purchasing issues and or inquiries.
- this role directly supports an organization designed to improve customer satisfaction, profitability and service levels utilizing procurement best practices and clearly defined success measurements.

- *fluent english*:
- portuguese (preferably)

- bachelor's degree (business, commerce, administration, finance)
