a delivery shift manager jr is the support for all the operations under the roof in a last mile building.
the role is responsible for managing a +20 hourly team, safety metrics, attrition, payroll, schedules, vacations, overtime and the amzl ops metrics; delivery efficiency, number of routes, cost per shipment.
in addition, this role gives support in purchasing tools, services and consumables for the station.

- direct impact in operational kpis and cost related goals, according to the strategic plan.
- this role should coach and mentor a team of process assistants (hourly associates) to ensure that objectives are met and the bar is kept high to provide the best customer experience.
