in this role you will be part of the production unit management team, reporting directly to the plant manager and indirectly to our global business controller located in europe.you will be able to work independently receiving a mínimal guidance, ensure timely reporting of the consolidated actual performance, forecasts and targets whilst supporting the operations with analysis, advise and tools to optimize performance!Basic requirements:- bachelor's degree- english advanced- experience working in a global organization- more than 10 years of experience in finance roles- self-driven, proactive and well organized to work with deadlines- analytical skills and confident to question and challenge- strong communication skills with all levels of the organization- collaboration and teamwork skillsproduction knowledge & experience:- finance understanding of production variances- standard cost calculation basic knowledge (how is build up)- erp system experience (e.g.
