principal responsibilities: 1.
facilitate and driveemployee engagement activities.
encourage and support employeesuggestions and recommendations relating to continuous improvementof the work environment & processes and the elimination ofwaste.

execute all processes and procedures within themanufacturing areas assigned to ensure continuous improvementactivities.

lead and develop teams in each area.
enable teammembers to use tools such as effective meetings, consensusbuilding, coaching, problem solving, audits and feedback to meetteam and plant goals.

coordinate and monitor training anddevelopment programs to ensure operator effectiveness, skillenhancement and flexibility within the work group and the plant.ensure certification processes are followed and maintained.
5.assume responsibility for all administrative facets of the areaassigned, including personnel (discipline, attendance, etc.)
andoperations (operations reporting).
assist in the development ofpolicies and procedures 6.
participate in the hiring process forhourly and professional positions.
develop new leaders in planthourly positions, such as operations technicians and engineeringtechnicians.
requirements: - bachelor's degree of businessadministration, engineering, or related careers.
3+ of experienceeach in both feeder and assembly departments as supervisor in amanufacturing environment.
