key responsibilities
• own financial strategy – lead budgeting, forecasting, and capital management.
• be the financial face of the company – manage investor and banking relationships.

what we’re looking for
• 5+ years in finance & accounting in the u.s., involving previous management roles (startup experience required is a must).
• health-tech, saas, or software experience – a must-have for this role.
• expert in financial modeling & analysis – you live and breathe numbers.
• strong business acumen – you don’t just manage finances—you help shape company strategy.
• exceptional communication skills – fluent in english, joining a client facing environment, ready to interact with u.s. investors.
tools you should know
• xero, excel, google sheets – strong tech skills are essential for this role.
