about you
in this role, your main focus is editing and creating animations for our brands. Your question every morning should be: how can i create value through animations?
you are expected to do motion graphics animations and post-production of branded videos. Generate editing proposals for different content. Audio and video editing. You will work crosswise with various teams, internal and external clients, suppliers, the administration team at campus and possibly brand executives, brand managers, brand leaders, and/or partners. People will seek you out when they need a keen eye, a creative mind, and a maker who is capable of embodying the essence of their brand through animations.
we trust you with these key responsibilities:
1. receive, understand and decode summaries and needs for animations.
2. go beyond requests. Research and delve into the needs of the project.
3. conceptualize and plan the animation.
4. define, anticipate and present the need for visual expression of each brand and client in a timely and simple manner.
5. proposal of concepts, ideas and creative expressions animated according to the brief.
6. find the best way to comply, with the consent of the people leading the project, while meeting deadlines.
7. document and prepare delivery animation files for customers, media, and vendors.
8. edit and animate material.
9. deliver on time and according to quality standards.
10. review with the people running the project and make changes if necessary.

perks & compensation
working hours: 8:00 am — 5:00 pm
hybrid schedule (monday to thursday in the office, fridays remote)
12 vacation days after your 1st anniversary, 14 days on your 2nd anniversary and then 16 days from your 3rd anniversary henceforward.
winter break: last week of the year.
spring break: thursday and friday on holy week.
early friday: shift ends 2 hours early last friday of every month, yay!
4 hours per month to use on personal matters.
5 sick days per year.
