- provide a unified and consistent view of information across the organisation's systems and applications.
- facilitate the integration and synchronisation of data, avoiding fragmentation of information and enabling more effective collaboration between different areas and departments.
decision-making:
- make strategic decisions in the organisation with accurate, up-to-date and consistent data, thus improving the performance, efficiency and competitiveness of the company.
- implement greater efficiency in the organisation's processes by having updated and correct master data, avoiding problems such as duplication of efforts, lack of information or decision making based on incorrect data and generating greater productivity and saving time and resources.
regulatory compliance:
- manage compliance with privacy and data protection regulations and standards.
- implement security and privacy measures to ensure confidentiality and comply with current regulations.
- lead, motivate and develop the team, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- identify training and professional development needs for the team, ensuring that they are continually updated on data management regulations and best practices.
minimum requirements:
* more than 4 years of expertise as master data manager or master data administrator, with a focus on managing erp master data.
* open to travel.
* engineering or bachelor's degree in computer systems (master's degree in data management desirable).
* technical knowledge in sap, mdg, and office package.
