what profile are we looking for?
* bachelor's degree in administration, communications, or a related field.
* 2 years of experience in the position (phone call management, implementation of customer service processes, and management of tools to optimize information and customer responses)
* advanced english
* experience in quality audits
do you consider you have the following skills?
* follow up on internal and external client cases
* ensure compliance with the assigned campaign so that customers are served in a timely manner; responsible for supporting and guiding customer service executives in their performance.
* supervise the daily operations of the call center team.
* ensure compliance with established productivity and quality objectives.
* generate weekly and monthly reports and analysis of results using tools such as excel.
* manage and motivate the team to meet assigned goals.
