we are hiring a senior data analyst to play a key role in building our data infrastructure and shaping our data strategy. You’ll work closely with the management team, take responsibility for data across a diverse set of products and domains, and improve decision-making through analytics and insights. you will have the following duties
* collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders across the company to ensure data models align with business needs and key metrics.
* design and implement data pipelines with dbt and snowflake to structure, clean, and transform data, creating models that integrate multiple sources and enable tracking of kpis.
* create and maintain multi-source data ingestion pipelines using fivetran.
* deliver actionable insights and create clear and concise data visualizations and reports using looker.
* help shape the data team as it grows and contribute to fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.
you should meet the following requirements
* be based in a latam country (although the position is remote)
* bachelor’s degree in business, economics, cs, math or another stem field
* at least 4 years experience in an analytical role (preferably with tech saas b2b or in the digital space)
* expert in sql and experienced in writing queries leveraging ctes, window functions, and complex multiple joins to combine and manipulate data, ensuring consistency and reliability (familiarity with snowflake is a plus)
* strong background in data modeling and analytics engineering
* experience with dbt (ideally 1+ year) and version control tools (github, gitlab)
* you're an excellent communicator and work well with diverse stakeholders (executive, engineering, product management, marketing, customer support, sales)
* solid experience with lookml and looker (or similar data visualization tool) to create clear and impactful dashboards
* experience with python and cloud environments such as aws is a plus.
* familiarity with marketing platforms like google ads and facebook business manager is a plus
