Technical support representative
we are seeking a technical support representative to provide technical assistance to our clients. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, guiding users through product features, and ensuring prompt resolution of technical problems to enhance customer satisfaction.
responsibilities
* respond to technical inquiries via phone, providing timely and effective solutions.
* troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network configurations.
* guide users through product features and provide step-by-step instructions for issue resolution.
* document and update technical support processes and customer interactions in the ticketing system.
* escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams or management as needed.
requirements
academic/training
* minimum academic training: high school diploma or equivalent.
experience
* at least 3 years of experience in technical support or similar roles.
* proven experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
skills
* excellent verbal and written communication skills in english (mandatory).
* strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools and crm/ticketing systems.
* proficiency in operating systems (windows, macos) and basic network configurations.
* ability to explain technical concepts in a user-friendly manner.
