role description
as a client success manager, you’ll be the key bridge between our clients and our internal delivery.
your mission is to retain and expand client partnerships by nurturing relationships, ensuring seamless delivery of our offerings, and spotting new revenue opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with sales and community operations to keep our clients thrilled—and to generate fresh sales through advocacy and referrals.
key responsibilities
* client relationship & retention: act as the primary contact for enterprise clients, guiding them from onboarding to day-to-day support.
* anticipate client needs, keep them updated, and proactively address any challenges to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty.
* commercial development: partner with business development to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities; turn your strong client relationships into revenue growth.
* project coordination: oversee delivery and timelines to ensure client campaigns deliver against kpis—on time and on budget.
* use your analytical mindset to track campaign metrics, interpret results, and feed improvements back into the process.
* client advocacy: encourage customers to share and contribute to case studies, and champion our products within their organization.
* collaborate with sales and marketing to shape customer stories and fuel company-wide growth.
your qualifications
* commercial flair: proven ability to nurture client relationships and generate new business (cross-sell, upsell, referrals).
* project management: experience guiding complex projects or campaigns—keeping multiple stakeholders aligned and delivering exceptional results.
* communication wizardry: you communicate clearly, proactively, and confidently with client teams at all levels (from junior staff to the c-suite).
* analytical edge: competency with data analysis, crm tools, excel, and powerpoint; bonus points for experience with bi tools or design software (adobe indesign/illustrator).
* client-centric mindset: you’re empathetic, responsive, and focused on helping clients succeed.
* scale-up mentality: you thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate challenges with a solution-first mindset, and embrace continuous improvement.
