Duties and responsibilities
* manage and enhance a company's brand or reputation in the public's eye.
* ensure brand consistency with the help of the brand team.
* develop and enrich customer service experience by driving profitable sales, brand growth and loyalty for a number of business areas.
* in-charge of social media content calendar, all-year plans, etc.
* carry out overall marketing plans to the following brands: um-mami, heng’s, sea chef, abc, thai dancer, and ozeki.
* ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning.
* coordinate and manage content management and information sharing among departments, divisions, and external customers.
requirements
* bachelor’s degree in marketing or any business-related course.
* experience in marketing, brand management, and events are advantages but not required.
* exposure to fmcg industry is an advantage.
* should be detail-oriented, creative, responsible, and a team player.
* should be efficient and willing to learn new things.
