working within a team of skilled event specialists you will support the planning and execution of tradeshows and events, in close collaboration with marketing leaders across the performance materials and technologies business.
this is a great opportunity to join and support a fast-moving customer marketing function within pmt.
*key responsibilities*:
- plan and execute trade shows and events in north america and latam region, in close collaboration with marketing leaders across performance materials & technologies
- align with regional business and work with customer marketing leads to achieve the regional business objectives and target aop
- maintain event budgets without overspending
- project management: maintain action item list, milestone dates
- source, establish, develop, and actively manage relationships with key vendors providing for the best available resources within budget and overall project success
*you must have*:
- bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in tradeshows
- strong communication and presentation skills.
- advanced english
- able to travel (60% of the time - us, canada, latam)
