in this role, you will have the ability to learn salesforce and other industry leading software to communicate, document and drive sales across north america from the comfort of your own home.
you will also be given the opportunity to network and discuss technology needs with decision makers across many different companies.
we have 11 employee resource groups w everyone can be sure they have a network of support but also a network of community advocates who are giving back to the communicates w we live and work!
the inside sales lead generation i role follows a hybrid work module w the expectation will be to work onsite 1-2 days a week with the others working from home.
the main responsibilities
- will act as a conversation starter by making connections with 100+ contacts a day.
- document and take notes on each contact in the appropriate tracking system.
- 2 years of experience in call center or inside sales setting preferred.
- knowing your voice and how to use it appropriately to interact with customers.
- no customer is the same as another so empathy and passion are important in driving success.
- openness to training, feedback and willingness to expand current skills.

this position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation.
