your mission, roles and responsibilities
the purchasing back office administrator is responsible for the administrative implementation of purchasing actions.
the candidate is responsible for:
* placing open orders, closed orders, and cancelling orders (for parts, tools, transport)
* launching price increase approval workflows (epvs)
* updating prices in sap after epvs approval by purchasing management
* managing blocked invoices for price differences – liaison with accounts payable department
* filing and archiving legal documents such as orders, lta, tooling investment, qaa, etc.
* creating supplier workflows (mdm)
* tracking suppliers’ replies for signatures, contracts, rfq, etc.
* leading communication between different departments linked to the purchasing organization
* ensuring that the purchasing policy is applied in line with internal control principles
your profile and competencies to succeed
* bachelor’s degree in business or in purchasing (with one year of experience) or apprenticeship with a business background and 2 – 3 years of experience in an industrial context
* interest in purchasing actions
* focus on rigor, exactness, and strong ability to communicate
* able to work in a matrix organization and with it tools
* responsiveness and problem resolution skills
* fluency in english
* sap knowledge
