the advisor will be responsible for managing operational support of our partnerships with amazon web services (aws) and the google cloud platform (gcp).the partner investments advisor is a pivotal role responsible for all aspects of operational support of alliance partnerships representing a pipeline worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
as part of the partner investments team within our strategic alliances organization, the advisor supports the ntt data alliance directors for aws and gcp, managing the end-to-end processes for partner investment funding and deal registration.
this role involves working directly with sales executives and alliance leaders, reconciling inbound partner opportunities, maintaining salesforce data hygiene, evangelizing partner funding opportunities, and identifying appropriate sales plays to support active sales pursuits.
the advisor will also monitor and coordinate partner funding requests, track key activities using trello, review pipeline data, validate sales plays, and contribute to professional development opportunities.position responsibilitieshere are the key tasks for the partner investments advisor for strategic alliances at ntt data:respond to ad hoc requests and leadership inquiries.track, complete, and communicate action items and follow-up status updates.ensure ntt data opportunities are registered in the partner portal.reconcile inbound partner opportunities against existing salesforce opportunities.monitor and update key fields in salesforce, including identifying and validating sales plays.track, monitor, and coordinate partner funding requests and wbs allocations.use project management tool to track, monitor, and communicate key activities.provide feedback and self-reflection on weekly updates.review pipeline data and validate sales plays in advance of team pipeline review meetings.attend, participate, and contribute to professional development and career growth opportunities.wbs creation, monitoring flow of funds, financial reporting, and approving timecards while managing a budget.the ideal candidate for the partner investments advisor should have a strong background in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
they should possess extensive experience in managing operational data and reporting, communicating proactively with senior leaders and key stakeholders, managing and governing processes and workflows, and working independently.
