*objective of the position*this position brings support to achieve the implementing, maintaining, and controlling the timely response to customer requirements, as well as determining corrective and preventive actions to solve problems with internal and external customers.
*principal activities*:- ensures timely response to requirements from internal and external customers.- support to coordinates response to customers.- coordinates and analyzes the root causes of the problem with finished products based on problem solving tools (8ds, 5 whys, kpm, ppsr, ddws etc.)
